Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): calculated at checkout
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Damages & Lost Packages GOOD MOJO COFFEE is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@goodmojocoffee.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we'll make it right.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
